To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original plastic packaging

With all tags fully intact
Items that appear worn, have missing tags, or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted. For hygiene and quality reasons, garments that have been tried on or used cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges are only accepted if the customer received the wrong item, size, or color. The size label will be visible through the product’s original clear plastic packaging, so discrepancies can be easily confirmed without opening. If an incorrect item was sent, we will provide a return shipping label and send the correct item at no additional cost.
Please note: Exchanges for a different item (style or SKU) are not accepted if the correct item was delivered.
